The top floor of the pavilion is a space of gastronomic experiences, of brief presentation of Romanian vegetable crops and of recreation. This pavilion includes “the Garden”, “the House” (the pavilion’s Restaurant) and “the Porch”, elements that symbolize both the connection with nature and “The Romanian village”. The restaurant is located inside the house, and it includes menus from many historical areas of the country, with specific dishes from each of them. Thus, in the restaurant, the visitors will be able to taste daily a wide range of menus prepared according to a contemporary interpretation of representative recipes that define the Romanian culinary art transmitted from generation to generation. They will also enjoy a selection of high-quality Romanian wines that were awarded with distinctions in both national and international specialised competitions.
